Plans are underway to build a five-star hotel in the village of Teriberka, located on the shore of the Lodeynaya Bay in the Murmansk region. Construction is set to begin in spring 2026, with the hotel expected to open in the first quarter of 2028, according to Andrey Novikov, Director of the Investment Department at GC “Nebo.”
The hotel will feature 76 rooms and a conference center, catering to both Russian and international tourists, with a particular focus on visitors from China.
The project is estimated at 2.26 billion rubles and will be financed in part by Gazprombank. The operator, OOO “Yagel Village”, has obtained Arctic Zone resident status and signed an investment agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic.
Currently, Teriberka receives around 40,000 tourists annually, and the new hotel is expected to significantly boost the region’s luxury tourism offerings.
