The General Entertainment Authority (GEA) of Saudi Arabia has announced plans for the development of the Boulevard Business Park, a $266 million creative hub set to be established in Riyadh. Turki Alalshikh, the Chairman of GEA, made the announcement.
The Boulevard Business Park will span over 60,000 square meters and is designed to be a vibrant center for business and creativity. The project will feature a mix of office spaces, corporate headquarters, coworking zones, and retail outlets. It will also host concept stores from both national and international brands, an open-air art gallery, a gym, a spa, a suspended swimming pool, and hanging gardens.
The Boulevard Business Park represents the first phase of a broader urban redevelopment initiative known as the Boulevard District. The park aims to become a hub for creativity and innovation, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by empowering entrepreneurs and national companies, particularly those specializing in the creative industries.
The district will include nine office buildings with commercial spaces overlooking the iconic “Boulevard City” fountain. The area will accommodate 1,300 parking spaces and feature expanded green spaces that will be integrated with other projects, such as a sports track.
This development underscores Saudi Arabia’s commitment to fostering a dynamic and diverse economy, with the Boulevard Business Park set to play a key role in nurturing the nation’s growing creative sector.
