The Board of Directors of NEOM announced the launch of Magna, a luxurious coastal destination set along the stunning Gulf of Aqaba. Part of NEOM’s sustainable tourism portfolio, Magna encompasses twelve premier destinations: Leyja, Epicon, Siranna, Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, Xaynor, Elanan, Gidori, Treyam, and Jaumur.
Spanning 120 kilometers, Magna aims to establish a new global standard in luxury sustainable tourism. It is a physical manifestation of Saudi Vision 2030, focusing on cutting-edge technology, world-class architecture, and ultra-modern amenities that seamlessly integrate with the natural environment.
Distinct Yet Unified Destinations
Each of the twelve destinations within Magna offers a unique experience for residents and guests while collectively forming a cohesive, sustainable haven. Planned development includes 15 luxury hotels, 1,600 hotel rooms, suites, and apartments, and over 2,500 premium residences.
