Margaritaville is set to make its debut in Panama with an exciting new resort and condominium project, marking the first development under the Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences concept. Scheduled to open in mid-2027, the Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol will be located approximately 70 minutes from Panama City in the Chame District’s Playa Caracol.
The development will feature a mix of 80 cottages, 181 high-rise accommodations, and 261 residences, providing a variety of options for guests and residents alike. The property will boast several signature Margaritaville restaurant concepts, including the 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar and the License to Chill Bar & Grill, alongside a beach club.
In addition to the dining and leisure options, guests and residents will have access to a nearby racket club, offering facilities for tennis and pickleball. The Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol will join Margaritaville’s extensive global portfolio, which includes over 40 lodging options such as hotels, resorts, branded real estate, RV destinations, and casinos.
