Since this summer, All Nippon Airways (ANA) will offer complimentary Wi-Fi to business-class passengers on international flights. However, initially, the service will not be available on three Boeing 777-300ER aircraft that are not equipped with the new THE Room suites, as well as on six 767-300ER aircraft.
Premium economy and economy class passengers of ANA can send text messages for free on international flights starting in late March 2025.
ANA introduced Wi-Fi onboard in 2014, charging passengers for internet access, email, and social media. Since then, the airline has implemented complimentary Wi-Fi on all domestic flights for first-class passengers.
As a member of Star Alliance, ANA currently operates over 210 aircraft, including more than 80 Boeing 787 Dreamliners.
The airline plans to receive over 50 more aircraft from Boeing, including 787-9 and 787-10, as well as 777-9X and 737 Max.
