Rotana Hotels has assumed management of two hotels in Moscow owned by Amtel Properties: Holiday Inn Vinogradovo and Seligerskaya. Under Rotana’s management, these hotels have been rebranded as Edge by Rotana.
Amtel Properties, with a history in the real estate market dating back to 2005, specializes in the development of properties in the promising and profitable mid-price segment. Holiday Inn Seligerskaya was originally opened under the management of the IHG family in 2016, while Holiday Inn Vinogradovo followed suit in 2018. In addition to these properties, Amtel Properties owns four more hotels, three of which are managed by the Hilton family.
Rotana Hotel Management Corporation, established in 1992, inaugurated its first hotel, Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi, in 1993. The company now boasts 44 hotels in its portfolio, or 46 if we include the Moscow properties. Rotana boldly positions itself as a leading hotel management company in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Turkey.
