BNP Paribas Real Estate will oversee the unveiling of this highly anticipated property. With a prime location on Boulevard des Dames, just minutes away from the coast, the hotel will be housed in a former office building. It will feature 237 rooms, as well as a connected workspace spanning approximately 1,000 sqm. The hotel will also boast public areas, including a 24/7 bar and a rooftop terrace measuring 300 sqm, offering stunning views of the city and sea.
