Pegasus Airlines Resumes Flights to St. Petersburg

The Northern Capital Gateway Company, which manages Pulkovo Airport, announces the service of the first renewed flight of the Turkish low-cost airline Pegasus Airlines.

Starting today, the carrier will start operating four flights a week between St. Petersburg and Istanbul: on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.

Departure from St. Petersburg is scheduled for 14:55, arrival in Istanbul, according to the schedule, at 18:50. Travel time will be 3 hours 55 minutes. The return flight from Istanbul departs at 09:55, arriving in St. Petersburg at 13:55.

On the route, Pegasus Airlines operates Airbus A320 and Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

During the May holidays, Pegasus Airlines will provide convenient connections from Istanbul to such Turkish cities as Antalya, Dalaman, Izmir and Trabzon. In addition, on Pegasus Airlines flights, passengers will be able to continue their journey from Istanbul to European cities such as Cologne, London, Prague and Edinburgh, as well as to cities in the Middle East, East Asia and North Africa, including Red Sea resorts.

From February 28, Turkish Airlines began serving flights on Boeing 777 and Airbus A330 wide-body aircraft (previously, smaller Airbus A321 flights were operated on the route). Turkish Airlines performs flights to Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan, Samara, and Yekaterinburg in Russia.
