Aeroflot has launched the sale of tickets for direct scheduled flights of Rossiya (part of the Aeroflot Group) from Sochi to the cities of Armenia, Egypt, Israel, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Uzbekistan. Russia’s new international flights will promote the development of interstate relations and open opportunities for the development of domestic business abroad.
The airline will fly modern and comfortable domestic aircraft Superjet 100, presented in a two-class layout. The total number of seats on board is 87, of which 12 are business class seats and 75 economy class seats.
The new flights will be operated in addition to the airline’s existing route network and will be interesting for passengers departing from the Group’s base airports – Sheremetyevo, St. Petersburg and Krasnoyarsk. A total of 17 flights are planned: Aktau, Aktobe, Almaty, Antalya, Atyrau, Bodrum, Bukhara, Dalaman, Yerevan, Cairo, Nur Sultan, Samarkand, Istanbul, Tashkent, Tel Aviv, Urgench, Fergana. According to the schedule, flights from Sochi Airport will be operated by routes:
Armenia: Yerevan daily from April 8.
Egypt: Cairo daily from April 7.
Israel: Tel Aviv daily from April 7.
Kazakhstan: Almaty from April 8 and Nur-Sultan from April 7 daily, Aktau from April 8 and Aktobe from April 7 three times a week, Atyrau twice a week from April 9.
Turkey: Istanbul 19 flights a week from April 7, Antalya twice a day from April 7, Bodrum three times a week and Dalaman twice a week from April 22.
Uzbekistan: Tashkent daily from April 8, Samarkand four times a week from April 8, Bukhara and Fergana three times a week from April 7, Urgench twice a week from April 8.
