B+W announce their success at being awarded the fit-out contract for the spa thermal facilities within the stunning Address Jumeirah Resort & Spa beachfront property in Dubai. The development integrates a hotel-branded by premium luxury five-star Address Hotels + Resorts, fully serviced apartments and luxury residences within an iconic 77-storey architectural sensation.
The Resort is situated in one of the most prime locations in Dubai, along JBR Beach in the Dubai Marina District. The project at 290m will be the tallest tower on the Jumeirah Beach Walk skyline. The podium will include a wide selection of specialty restaurants, an all-day dining restaurant and destination bars within the tower. It is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The two-tower complex will feature a signature Spa on the 75th floor and a roof-top destination restaurant, bar and infinity pool with breathtaking views on to Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island, The Palm Jumeirah and the surrounding beach and sea.
B+W are delighted to add a Sixth Address Hotel to their project portfolio having previously worked on the Address Boulevard, The Address Downtown, The Address Sky View, The Address Fountain View and The Address Dubai Harbour Point.
The entire destination is scheduled for completion in Q3 of 2020.
