Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest Unveils Royal and Presidential Suites

Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, a leader in luxury hospitality worldwide and a Forbes Fives Star award winner, has completed its recent room renewal program with the revelation of its crowning jewels – The Royal and Presidential Suites.

Unparalleled Art Nouveau Palace

In 2004, Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest made its debut as one of the newest historic treasures in the company’s European portfolio. Located on the banks of the Danube River at the foot of the Chain Bridge, the property is the rebirth of the city’s century-old Gresham Palace, acclaimed as one of the world’s finest Art Nouveau buildings with its soaring winter gardens, grand staircases, stained glass, mosaics and ironwork.

After a two year USD 110-million restoration, the 179-room Hotel is a dedicated historical landmark that combines the luxurious comforts of the 21st century with the elegance of the past. The Hotel showcases a range of 179 spacious guest rooms including 19 suites. Many reflect the architectural heritage of Gresham Palace, with tall, vaulted ceilings.

The Budapest Royal Suite

Located on the Hotel’s second floor, the gloriously appointed Royal Suite reflects Budapest’s imperial grandeur and youthful energy offering unparalleled panoramic views of the Buda Castle, Chain Bridge and historic Budapest from its furnished step-out balcony. This suite is among the largest in the city, providing 223 square metres (2,400 square feet) of lavish space. Ideal for families or private entertaining, the Budapest Royal Suite offers extraordinary living space and a romantic fireplace combining regal splendour and residential comfort with its Art Deco aesthetics and contemporary shapes and fabrics.

Presidential Suites

Featuring tones of royal navy blue and porpoise combined with white and gold, the two Presidential Suites (185 square metres; 1,991 square feet) showcase elevated Danube views from the third or fourth floor of the Hotel along with a furnished step-out balcony. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious dining room accommodating up to six guests, ideal for intimate candle-lit dinners and evening entertainment. Decorative wooden Art Deco furnishing add charm and character to the suites, while evoking a homey, cosy feel.
