The 5-star Radisson Blu Royal Astorija Hotel, located in the centre of Vilnius Old Town, has commenced a renovation project aimed at modernising the property’s conference centre, lobby, guest lounge and bar in the coming months.
The news follows the property’s 20th-anniversary celebration as well as the recent addition of new rooms. The expansion of the hotel’s largest conference hall will bring its capacity up to 250 delegates. The conference hall will also be outfitted with the latest in technical equipment, and the surrounding area will be modernised to ensure an even more attractive space for meetings and events.
The other planned renovations will bring drastic changes to the hotel’s reception, guest lounge, the bar is expected to double in size and will feature a wine cellar that will also serve as a unique space for meetings and events, accommodating up to 20 delegates.
The reopening of the conference hall is slated for the end of February, while renovation of the other spaces will be completed by May.
