Ukrainian Wildlife Rescue Center Seeks Virtual Guardians for Traumatized Animals

The Wildlife Rescue Center in Ukraine provides temporary shelter and care for animals that have undergone incredible trials.

According to the Rescue Center, each animal has a complex fate, many suffer from psychological trauma, and almost all have health problems. These issues stem from terrible conditions in which they lived in private zoos and yards, war, and human cruelty.

The Wildlife Rescue Center strives to provide each animal with the necessary conditions for a speedy recovery and rehabilitation. Therefore, every donation contributes to their rescue. You can support and become a guardian for:

  • Lionesses Yuna, Luladzha, and Quinn
  • Lions Rory and Atlas
  • Tigers Alex, Tigryulya, and Mir
  • She-wolf Venus
  • Lynx Ursa
  • Raccoon-like dogs Buba and Brovko
  • 2 Black-brown foxes
  • Squirrels
  • Hedgehog, porcupine Toshi
  • 7 Swans, crows, 2 ducks

How to become a virtual guardian:

  1. Make a donation of at least 1000 UAH (for small animals) or 1500 UAH (for large ones).
  2. Send a direct message with the guardian’s name and email.
  3. Become a virtual guardian and receive a guardianship certificate along with a photo of your ward!
