While preserving the essence of this festive period, Maison Ruinart invites you to rediscover gastronomic rituals that put nature at the heart of memorable experiences.
For this special occasion, Ruinart welcomes in residence at 4, rue des Crayères chefs Sayaka Sawaguchi and Gil Nogueira, who won a Michelin green star in 2020 at the Auberge champenoise Le Garde Champêtre. They came up with three proposals: La Table Singulière, which offers a gourmet menu served in the large private dining room of Maison Ruinart.
The Bar Singulier, where you can taste tapas and attend a “mini cooking show” in the presence of a member of the team of chefs and the Brunch Singulier, a reinterpretation of the famous brunch of the house, with service at the table. plate including savory dishes and a buffet offering pastries, cheeses, delicatessen and desserts.
These special moments are also an opportunity to discover and taste the brand new Ruinart Blanc Singulier, an exclusive champagne available for sale in Reims, particularly in magnum format.
