The Lanserhof Group, together with AltamarCAM and Inbest-GPF, will invest 100 million euros in a health resort in Spain.
The Lanserhof Group, together with AltamarCAM Partners, a global asset manager, and the Spanish real estate investment group Inbest-GPF, have entered into a partnership agreement to open a new Lanserhof in Spain. The first Lanserhof in southern Europe will be built by 2026 on the site of the renowned Finca Cortesin, in the immediate vicinity of Marbella. Finca Cortesin is considered one of Spain’s best resort hotels, centered around an award-winning hotel and golf course.

Together with AltamarCAM and Inbest-GPF, the Lanserhof Group will invest more than 100 million euros in the development of a state-of-the-art building that will meet the highest sustainability standards. The new 24,000 m2 resort will offer 70 rooms and suites as well as the usual first-class medical facilities, state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional services.

Following the recent signing of the agreement in Madrid and the completion of the approval phase, construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2024, with the opening of the first Spanish Lanserhof expected in 2026.
