Looking Ahead to Seven Seas Prestige
The anniversary celebrations coincide with the arrival of Seven Seas Prestige, Regent’s first new ship class in a decade. The vessel is scheduled to debut in December 2026, marking the beginning of a new generation of ships for the luxury cruise line.
Regent currently has four Prestige Class ships on order, with deliveries planned between 2026 and 2036 as the company continues expanding its ultra-luxury fleet.
“We are incredibly proud to be celebrating 35 years of setting the standard for ultra-luxury travel,” said Wesley D’Silva, President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
“We have achieved so many milestone moments and this latest anniversary is the perfect time to reflect, as we look forward to a new era with Seven Seas Prestige. Our resounding success is a credit to our shipboard and onshore teams, valued travel advisors and, of course, our loyal guests.”
Three Decades of Luxury Cruising
Founded in 1992, Regent Seven Seas Cruises helped pioneer the all-inclusive ultra-luxury cruise concept. Milestones in the company’s history include the launch of Seven Seas Mariner in 2001 as the world’s first all-suite, all-balcony cruise ship, followed by the introduction of the Explorer Class vessels in 2016, 2020 and 2023.
The 35th Anniversary Sailings celebrate both the cruise line’s history and its future as Regent prepares to introduce its newest generation of luxury ships.
