Radisson Individuals is strengthening its footprint in southern Germany with the addition of two new lifestyle properties: HARBR. Hotel Konstanz and HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn. Together with HARBR. Hotel Ludwigsburg, the openings create a trio of distinctive Radisson Individuals stays across Baden-Württemberg, spanning lakeside leisure, wine-country travel and culture-focused city breaks.
Lakeside living in Konstanz
HARBR. Hotel Konstanz is located near the Seerhein promenade, next to Herosé Park and within easy reach of Lake Constance. The hotel features 76 rooms and studios, including larger units with kitchenettes designed for both short stays and longer visits. Digital services such as mobile key access and online check-in are integrated to streamline the guest experience.
Public spaces form the heart of the property’s dining concept. Guests are offered a breakfast buffet with regional and international options, while the “Living Room” restaurant serves casual à-la-carte dishes throughout the day. In the evening, the “Spelunke” bar provides a relaxed, maritime-inspired setting for cocktails, local beers, regional wines and the hotel’s signature coffee blend.
The hotel also offers bicycle rentals for exploring the city and lakeside paths, along with parking facilities and electric-vehicle charging stations. For meetings and larger events, the property cooperates with nearby venues, including the Bodenseeforum Konstanz.
Contemporary comfort in Heilbronn’s wine region
HARBR. Hotel Heilbronn is set along the Neckar River in the city’s Zukunftspark district, positioning it as a modern base in one of Germany’s best-known wine regions. The hotel includes 127 rooms and suites, among them 15 long-stay apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes. Four Junior Suites feature private terraces overlooking the river.
Dining follows the HARBR. lifestyle concept, with a regional breakfast buffet, casual offerings in the “Living Room” restaurant and evening drinks at the “Spelunke” bar, highlighting local beers and wines from the surrounding Heilbronn vineyards.
Wellness facilities include a fitness studio, sauna area and a rooftop terrace with views over the riverfront and city skyline. For business travellers, the hotel offers two on-site meeting rooms, including the 46-square-metre “Reederei” boardroom and the smaller “Freihafen” breakout room. Larger conferences are supported through a partnership with the nearby WTZ Conference Center.
