Four Seasons is deepening its footprint in the Middle East with a wave of new openings across Saudi Arabia, marking a defining moment in the company’s strategic global expansion. From the pristine shores of the Red Sea to the heritage heart of Diriyah, the world’s leading luxury hospitality brand is unveiling six new hotels and three residential developments that will redefine high-end travel in the Kingdom.
“The Middle East is central to our long-term growth strategy, and Saudi Arabia in particular offers extraordinary opportunity across culture-rich cities and transformative coastal destinations,” said Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons. “We’re expanding with trusted partners to deliver luxury experiences defined by authenticity, personalization, and human connection.”
Saudi Arabia: a focus on growth and transformation
The expansion reinforces Four Seasons’ long-standing commitment to the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 tourism goals, building on the success of the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre. The new destinations span from the Red Sea to NEOM, each designed to reflect the unique cultural and natural heritage of its location:
Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay – A wellness-driven retreat on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast, offering transformative health, fitness, and cultural experiences.
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea at Shura Island – Part of The Red Sea Project, a regenerative tourism destination where guests can explore pristine reefs and desert landscapes. The resort will also manage the Shura Links Clubhouse, serving Saudi Arabia’s first championship island golf course.
Four Seasons Hotel Madinah – Located steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, this property will offer a modern design inspired by the sacred Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, blending spiritual reverence with contemporary luxury.
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Jeddah at the Corniche – A landmark coastal project combining luxury accommodations, serviced apartments, and private residences overlooking the Red Sea.
Four Seasons Hotel Diriyah – Set within the heritage-led Diriyah masterplan, this hotel will bring the brand’s hallmark hospitality to the historic birthplace of the Kingdom, beside the UNESCO-listed At-Turaif district.
Four Seasons Resort NEOM at Sindalah – Located on NEOM’s futuristic luxury island and yachting hub, this resort will merge Red Sea natural beauty with cutting-edge design and innovation.
A growing portfolio of branded residences

Recent milestones include a new residential development in Bahrain Bay, the brand’s second standalone project in Dubai, and strong early sales for Four Seasons Private Residences Red Sea at Shura Island, where more than half the units have already been sold.
Across the broader Middle East, Four Seasons is also expanding with new properties that include:
