The Estonian government has lifted all pandemic requirements for arriving third-country nationals. From June 16, vaccination certificates and certificates of tests for COVID-19 are no longer required to enter Estonia.

“The repeal of the order governing the crossing of the border will remove restrictions on third-country nationals arriving from outside the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and the Vatican,” the statement of the government reads.

The Estonian government announced that the quarantine order would expire on July 1. 

Germany is one of the most recent countries to lift restrictions. The German authorities announced that all travelers, regardless if they are traveling from an EU or third country, would be permitted restriction-free entry.
