As Dubai gears up for one of its most dynamic event seasons, the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) has revealed an impressive calendar for the final four months of 2025, featuring more than 135 major exhibitions, conferences, and international gatherings.
Spanning industries from technology and healthcare to sustainability, energy, and finance, the line-up underscores DWTC’s growing influence as a powerhouse for innovation, commerce, and global collaboration.
Mahir Julfar, Executive Vice President at DWTC, said the upcoming season builds on a strong first half of 2025 and strengthens Dubai’s global standing as a business tourism leader.
“Through this dynamic calendar, we are reinforcing Dubai’s role as a catalyst for global commerce while advancing the ambitions of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) to position Dubai among the top three economic cities in the world,” Julfar noted.
September: Innovation Meets Industry
September’s schedule opens with Paper Arabia (2–4 September), followed by entertainment highlights including Comedy Mixtape 2025 (6 September) and Matt Redman Live (7 September).
The Universal Postal Union Congress Dubai 2025 (8–19 September) takes center stage, alongside WHX Tech, a health technology showcase, and The Gulf Bride Show (12–18 September).
Mid-month, DWTC hosts a diverse set of manufacturing and trade exhibitions, including Middle East Composites & Advanced Materials Expo, ISM Middle East, Private Label Middle East, and Plastics Recycling Middle East.
September concludes with Sign & Graphic Imaging ME Exhibition (22–24 September), Ru’ya Careers UAE, ArabLab+, and the Dubai Congress for Self-Driving Transport 2025, leading into WETEX (30 September–2 October).
October: Global Tech and Green Economy
October opens with the World Green Economy Summit (1–2 October) and Najah Exhibition (5–7 October), focusing on education and training. The month also features AccessAbilities Expo, AGRA Middle East, and The Forex Expo.
Mid-October sees the return of GITEX Global (13–17 October), the world’s largest technology event, showcasing innovation across artificial intelligence, fintech, health tech, and smart cities.
The latter half of the month focuses on healthcare and wellness, with events including the International Family Medicine Conference and Exhibition, Annual Radiology Meeting (ARM 2025), Healthcare Future Summit 2025, and HR Summit 2025. The month wraps up with Beautyworld Middle East and the Wellness & Spa Exhibition (27–29 October).
November: Expanding Global Trade and Industry
The final quarter’s momentum continues in November with Gulfood Manufacturing (4–6 November), followed by GESS – Global Educational Supplies & Solutions and Paperworld Middle East & Gift & Lifestyle Middle East (11–13 November).
The month also welcomes ICOM 25 – the 27th International Council of Museums (11–17 November), The Mining Show (17–18 November), and several trade events such as Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo and the International Apparel and Textile Fair (17–19 November).
Closing out the month, the Big 5 Global 2025 and related construction events will dominate the DWTC halls from 24–27 November, cementing Dubai’s position as a hub for infrastructure and urban innovation.
December: Global Summits and Grand Finales
December begins with the 19th World Congress of Neurosurgery (1–5 December), followed by the region’s largest automotive aftermarket event, Automechanika Dubai (9–11 December).
The year closes with a trio of major trade shows — Asia Baby Children Maternity Exhibition, China Home Life, and International Appliance and Electronics Show (17–19 December) — before Jewellery & Bride Arabia (18–21 December) concludes DWTC’s 2025 events calendar in style.
