Kayla Itsines, the powerhouse behind the globally popular fitness app Sweat, is stepping beyond the gym and into the world of corporate travel. Her latest move? A partnership with Corporate Traveler — the flagship SME division of Flight Centre Travel Group — to launch a Wellness Travel Guide designed specifically for busy business travelers.
The guide offers more than just generic health tips. It’s packed with in-flight stretching routines, mindful hydration strategies, easy snack swaps, and quick workouts to do as soon as you land. The idea is simple: help frequent travelers arrive feeling energized rather than drained.
“Our mission has always been to support women through fitness, and we’re excited to extend that to the world of business travel with this guide,” Itsines shared. “Through our collaboration with Corporate Traveler, we’re pleased to provide business travelers with practical, accessible tools to prioritize their wellbeing – wherever their journey takes them.”
The timing couldn’t be better. U.S. corporate travel is rebounding strongly — and much of it is heading overseas. In April alone, bookings from the U.S. to Italy jumped 31%, to the United Kingdom 7%, to Japan 6%, to Brazil 17%, to the UAE 52%, and to South Africa 53%, according to Corporate Traveler data.
With long-haul flights back on the calendar for so many executives, the Wellness Travel Guide taps into a growing demand for healthier travel habits — blending Itsines’ signature fitness expertise with the practical realities of life on the road.
