American Express is set to open its first-ever Centurion® Lounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol in 2026, marking a major milestone as the first lounge operated by a global credit card company at the iconic European hub.
Located between piers E and F, the upcoming Centurion Lounge will offer eligible Card Members a stylish, locally inspired space to recharge, dine, and work in comfort.

A Local Twist on Global Luxury
The lounge will feature a curated interior design inspired by Amsterdam’s iconic canals and architecture, blending blue, green, and earth tones. Large windows will flood the space with light and offer sweeping views over the Kiss & Ride zone.
A standout feature will be the Dutch-style coffee bar, celebrating local coffee culture and creating a warm, communal atmosphere. Signature Centurion amenities will include:

Part of a Global Experience
The Schiphol location will join over 1,550 lounges in the American Express Global Lounge Collection, including Centurion Lounges in cities like New York, Hong Kong, London, and São Paulo. Access includes lounges from Delta Sky Club®, Escape Lounges, Plaza Premium, Lufthansa, and Priority Pass™ Select, among others.
