Minor Hotels launches Minor Pro, an all-in-one retail platform for professionals

Minor Hotels takes a decisive step in its B2B commercial strategy with the launch of Minor PRO, a new brand and platform designed specifically for travel agencies, tour operators, event organizers, companies, and other professionals in the sector.

With this new platform, Minor Hotels continues to materialize its global brand strategy, which represents much more than a new corporate identity. The brand strengthens its position as a unifying player, now also targeting end consumers, driven by a solid distribution strategy, a simplified loyalty program, and a renewed B2B sales proposition with Minor PRO.

The Minor PRO ecosystem integrates key functionalities, including:

1. New website with:

– Real-time booking tools for meetings and groups.

– Exclusive rates and benefits for companies.

– Personalized benefits and commissions for travel agencies.

– Integrated access to Minor Hotels’ global brand portfolio.

2. A new social media strategy, with a broader and more inspiring approach that shares industry content, news, and trends in a more modern, connected, and relevant way.

3. New B2B programs, created to respond to the specific needs of different professional profiles.

The launch of Minor PRO marks a key step in Minor Hotels’ new commercial strategy, bringing together all the resources, tools, and benefits for professional clients in a single ecosystem. With more than 560 hotels in 57 countries and a brand portfolio that includes Anantara, Avani, Elewana Collection, Oaks, NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, and Tivoli, Minor Hotels now offers a more connected, efficient, and personalized B2B experience.

Minor PRO has its own unique tone and visual identity as part of the evolution of Minor Hotels’ professional business strategy. The platform offers a new professional website, www.minor-pro.com, which includes global content and services accessible through intuitive navigation. Thus, nhpro.com, which operated exclusively for Minor Hotels Europe & America, is evolving into www.minor-pro.com to ensure a seamless transition for users who already benefited from these professional services, while maintaining their usual access, information, and tools. Furthermore, both private logins and Meetings and Events processes will continue to operate in the same way, facilitating access to the entire Minor Hotels global portfolio through a single platform.

The same unification strategy applies to the special plans created for different professional segments. For example, the NH+ Business Program is now called the Minor PRO Business Program, while retaining its usual benefits and conditions. Members of this program enjoy discounts of up to 25% on hotel stays, 10% in bars and restaurants, and 5% on meetings and events, along with other exclusive benefits such as premium Wi-Fi, early check-in and late check-out, reduced-rate parking, and more.

But this is just the beginning: Minor PRO will continue working on developing new, specific plans for different professional groups. One example is the new program for travel agencies that the company will soon launch under the Minor PRO umbrella. Likewise, the company will expand the content available on professional social networks, which, under the Minor PRO username, will feature useful information and content from all regions.
