Anex Tourism Group has announced the addition of nine hotels to its portfolio in Turkey, including properties previously owned by the FTI Group. With these new acquisitions, the group’s offerings for the summer of 2025 expand to a total of 18 hotels, encompassing 19,000 beds.
According to Touristik Aktuell, Anex Tourism Group secured a lease agreement with the owner of two prominent five-star all-inclusive hotels formerly under the bankrupt FTI Group. The Kairaba Bodrum has been rebranded as the Selectum Collection Bodrum, and the Aquaworld Belek will now operate as the Asteria Family Resort Belek.
New Additions to the Anex Portfolio
The nine hotels added to Anex’s offerings include:
- Selectum Collection Bodrum (formerly Kairaba Bodrum) – 377 rooms
- Selectum Noa Belek (formerly Cesar’s Temple Belek) – 600 rooms
- Selectum Colors Side (formerly Euphoria Barbaros) – 348 rooms
- Asteria Family Resort Belek (formerly Aquaworld Belek) – 772 rooms
- Asteria Bloom Bodrum (formerly Cesar’s Bodrum) – 102 rooms
- Prestige Alanya – 400 rooms
- Asteria Collection Side (formerly Euphoria Palm Beach) – 639 rooms
- The Norm Collection Door’a – 273 rooms
- The Norm Oriental Kemer – 390 rooms
Focus on German-speaking customers
The new properties, acquired through a combination of ownership and leasing agreements, are strategically designed to cater to German-speaking travelers, a key demographic for Anex Tourism Group. The hotels’ prime locations and comprehensive all-inclusive offerings position them as attractive options for summer holidaymakers in 2025.
