Öztürk Group, owner of the renowned Regnum Carya Golf & Spa Resort, has announced the launch of its second luxury hotel in Belek, Antalya. The new premium hotel complex, Regnum The Crown, will be located on the beachfront, taking over the site of the former Zeynep Hotel, which is scheduled for complete demolition. The Hotel Regnum The Crown is set to welcome guests in the summer of 2025.
The hotel will feature 343 suites in various categories and 15 exclusive villas, with room sizes ranging from 110 to 1,700 square meters. The spacious rooms, some offering views of the sea, pools, and gardens, will include terraces, walk-in closets, minibars, and personalized butler services.
A standout feature of the complex will be the Rooftop Adults Only area—an exclusive rooftop zone with an infinity pool, restaurant, bar, and fitness club, hosting themed dinners and special events in the evenings. According to Öztürk, this service concept will be a first in Turkey’s hospitality industry.
The Hotel Regnum The Crown complex will also offer approximately 10 fine-dining restaurants, poolside themed parties, concerts by international stars, and various sports activities, including golf and tennis. In addition to a large spa center, families will enjoy amenities like kids’ clubs, a themed water park, and game areas.
With the opening of Regnum The Crown, Öztürk Group continues to push the boundaries of luxury tourism in Turkey, providing guests with world-class service and comfort in a uniquely exclusive setting.
