Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort, one of the flagship hotels in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, will transition to management under Rixos Hotels starting July 1. The contract for managing this property by the current operator, RAK Hospitality Holding, will conclude on June 30, 2024.
In a statement by Rixos Hotels, it is emphasized that the inclusion of one of Ras Al Khaimah’s finest hotels in their portfolio strengthens the company’s position in the premium hotel industry in the UAE. The primary focus will be on enhancing leisure activities and service offerings. Gradually, new entertainment and evening events, programs for children and teenagers, and water sports activities will be introduced. Thematic restaurants and the SPA center will undergo renovations.
Currently, Ras Al Khaimah already hosts a hotel under the Turkish brand: Rixos Bab Al Bahr on Al Marjan Island. Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort, which is currently operating under the Hilton brand, is a five-star resort hotel located at the northern tip of the Arabian Peninsula.
The hotel, opened in 2007, underwent its latest renovation in 2017. It consists of a main 6-story building and 36 two-story villas, offering a total of 471 rooms.
