Georgian Airways has inaugurated flights connecting Tbilisi and St. Petersburg, with services operating twice a week, as reported by “Interfax,” citing data from Pulkovo Airport.
“Georgian Airways has commenced flights on the Tbilisi – St. Petersburg – Tbilisi route. Flights from Pulkovo to the capital of Georgia will take place twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays, utilizing Boeing 737 aircraft,” the statement read in a telegram channel by the airport.
Departures from Tbilisi are scheduled for 00:40 local time, arriving in St. Petersburg at 03:25. Departures from Pulkovo are set for 04:55 local time, with arrivals at Shota Rustaveli Airport at 09:30.
The airline’s press service highlighted that thanks to convenient connections at Tbilisi Airport, travelers now have access to over 10 international destinations.
Georgian Airways aims to enhance connectivity and offer more travel options between the capital cities of Tbilisi and St. Petersburg, providing a valuable link for both business and leisure travelers.
