From next year, residents of Lisbon will be able to borrow a bike for free in the city sharing system. From January, the Lisbon Bike Rentals service will be available to students and pensioners, and later free bikes will be available to all residents of the Portuguese capital. A mobile application will be launched to organize free rental.
