Montage to Open Ski Resort in Montana

In November 2021, Montage is scheduled to open a deluxe 150-key alpine ski resort in Montana. Nestled within Big Sky’s 3,530-acre Spanish Peaks enclave, and less than an hour’s drive from the gates of Yellowstone National Park, Montage Big Sky will offer a year-round mountain paradise for luxury adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. 

Guests will enjoy ski-in, ski-out access to Big Sky Resort’s 5,800 skiable acres, an onsite 18-hole Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course, close proximity to world-renowned fly-fishing along with an abundance of hiking, wildlife spotting, mountain biking, Nordic skiing and snowshoeing trails.

Additional facilities at Montage Big Sky will include 39 Montage Residences, a restaurant, communal lounge, market, outdoor grill, gastropub, ballroom, four bowling alleys and ski services.

Montage Big Sky will feature 150 guestrooms and suites, each one offering a distinct sense of place through cozy details combined with contemporary mountain design.

With 10 treatment rooms, 2 couples treatment rooms, a salon and an indoor lap pool, the 11,000 sq. ft. Spa Montage will offer a serene sanctuary to unwind after a day of adventure. Guests will also have access to a top-tier fitness center set to inspiring mountain views.

Guests will also be offered Montage’s classic two-hour facial – called The Masterpiece – powered by Valmont’s Swiss skincare products.

The hotel will sit just 18 miles from the magnificent Yellowstone National Park.

Montage International is a luxury hotel and resort management company founded by Alan Fuerstman and based in Orange County, California. The company currently operates 5 properties in the United States with one upcoming in Mexico and Healdsburg, plus another two under the Pendry Hotel brand.
