Star Clippers UK has added a new 10-night cruise & stay holiday to its summer 2019 schedule of departures. Departing on 11th September 2019, the package includes a two night stay at the 4* Conrad Bali hotel, return international flights from London Heathrow and a 7 night sailing on board the head-turning tall ship Star Clipper. Regional departures also available.
The 10 night holiday starts with a two-night stay at the beachfront Conrad Bali, with its beautiful tropical gardens, choice of spectacular pools, exotic restaurants and bars, and beachfront setting with direct access from the hotel.
Tear away from one luxury to another life-enhancing experience, the chance to sail the Indonesian Archipelago on board one of the world’s most head-turning ships, the elegant four-masted Star Clipper. Experience the sea air, the thrill of sailing beneath thousands of feet of billowing sails, never far from the water and in the company of just 170 or so other guests, in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. The ship navigates between the islands, dropping anchor in secluded and idyllic bays and calling into small ports and harbours inaccessible by larger vessels.
Complimentary water sports give guests the opportunity to discover life beneath the water too, with flippers and snorkels offered to all, to discover the teeming marine life beneath the idyllic, warm waters. Tropical palm fringed beaches and culturally rich villages, a world away from home, add to the life-long memories created by this magnificent voyage.
Port calls during the sailing include the magnificent and idyllic Senggigi Beach, with its buzzing main street, bars, shops and restaurants hugging the shoreline, the small port town of Probolinggo, close to the Tengger-Semeru National Park on the east coast of Java, and the calm, safe waters of Lovina, with its colourful, traditional perahu outriggers and the famous Ulun Danu Temple close by.
The 10 night holiday departs from the UK on 11th September 2019 and costs from £2589pp.
