Kempinski Hotels to Operate Luxury Residences and Resort on Grace Bay Beach, Turks and Caicos Islands

Kempinski Hotels has been chosen as the operator for an exclusive new luxury beachfront residences and resort, situated on the pristine Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. The project, developed by JTRE, a leading European real estate developer, will benefit from Kempinski’s renowned hospitality as they jointly elevate the vacation and ownership offerings in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

This collaboration brings together one of the world’s oldest luxury hotel brands, Kempinski Hotels, with JTRE, a prominent European real estate developer, offering a century of proven five-star hospitality globally. With Kempinski Hotels managing over 80 premium properties in 36 countries, and JTRE’s global presence across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, the partnership is set to enhance the destination’s profile beyond traditional tourism markets, appealing to a wide range of international visitors, including those from North America.

Positioned on the quiet eastern end of the renowned beach, the property is conveniently located minutes away from the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, shops, restaurants, and attractions, with easy access to the international airport.
