Arajet Partners with Arcube to Add Travel Services

Arajet has partnered with UK-based travel technology company Arcube to expand the range of digital travel services available to its passengers, allowing customers to book a variety of ancillary products before and after their flights through the airline’s online platforms.

The partnership introduces a new marketplace of travel services across Arajet’s digital customer journey, including the airline’s “Manage My Booking” portal, pre-departure emails and other online touchpoints. The initiative is designed to make it easier for passengers to organise more aspects of their trip in one place while creating additional revenue opportunities for the Dominican Republic’s flag carrier.

Expanded Travel Services

Through the new platform, Arajet passengers will be able to purchase a range of travel-related services alongside their flight bookings. The initial offering includes:

  • eSIM mobile connectivity
  • Airport transfers
  • Airport fast-track services
  • Airport lounge access
  • Tours and destination experiences
  • Airport parking
  • Additional travel services to be introduced over time

The services will be available through multiple digital channels, enabling travellers to arrange key elements of their journey before departure and continue managing their travel experience after arriving at their destination.

Supporting Arajet’s Growth

The partnership comes as Arajet continues to expand its network across the Americas. The airline carried 1.48 million passengers in 2025 and has been steadily adding new destinations through its hubs in Santo Domingo and Punta Cana.

Arcube will manage the technology integration, supplier relationships, customer servicing and communications for the ancillary products, allowing Arajet to broaden its retail offering without increasing operational complexity.

Focus on Customer Convenience

Judith Cuña, Vice President of Loyalty and Ancillary Revenue at Arajet, said the agreement supports the airline’s strategy of making travel more convenient as its route network grows.

“At Arajet, we are constantly working to make travel throughout the Americas increasingly accessible and straightforward for our passengers,” she said. “This partnership with Arcube helps us integrate relevant solutions into the digital channels our customers already use, facilitating access to complementary services at the right time and improving the travel experience from start to finish.”

Prithveesh Reddy, Chief Executive Officer of Arcube, said the collaboration would allow Arajet to offer a comprehensive marketplace of travel products through a single technology integration.

“Using one scalable integration, Arcube will enable Arajet to launch a full marketplace of travel products across key touchpoints, supporting both current routes and future destinations,” he said. “The result will be a more personalised, convenient journey for passengers and a faster route to incremental ancillary revenue for Arajet.”

Digital Retail Strategy

The agreement reflects a broader trend among airlines to expand digital retailing beyond flights by offering passengers access to complementary travel products throughout their journey.

For Arajet, the partnership strengthens its customer-focused strategy while supporting its continued expansion across the Americas, giving passengers a single digital platform to arrange more elements of their travel before, during and after their flight.
