Qatar Airways Unveils FIFA World Cup 2026 Special Livery Aircraft

Qatar Airways has unveiled a new FIFA World Cup 2026 special livery aircraft on one of its Boeing 777 jets, marking the next phase of the airline’s partnership with FIFA ahead of the global football tournament.

The aircraft launch continues Qatar Airways’ role as the Official Airline Partner of the FIFA World Cup 2026 and builds on the airline’s involvement during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Special Boeing 777 To Fly Across Global Network

The newly branded aircraft will operate on selected routes across Europe, the United States and Asia as anticipation grows ahead of the 2026 tournament.

Qatar Airways said the livery was designed to reflect the energy, unity and passion associated with the world’s biggest football competition.

The exterior design features bold tournament-inspired graphics intended to celebrate the global spirit of football and connect with fans worldwide.

World Cup Experience Extended Into Cabin Interior

In addition to the exterior artwork, the airline has introduced bespoke FIFA World Cup 2026-themed cabin interiors on the aircraft.

The customised cabin dressing was developed exclusively for the special livery aircraft and is designed to bring elements of the tournament atmosphere into the onboard passenger experience.

Qatar Airways confirmed the aircraft will continue operating with the commemorative design and interior branding even after the tournament concludes.

Qatar Airways Strengthens Global Sports Presence

As FIFA’s Official Airline Partner, Qatar Airways continues expanding its involvement in international sporting events as part of its broader global branding strategy.

The airline has increasingly focused on sports sponsorships and global partnerships to strengthen international visibility and connect with international audiences across major markets.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 will be jointly hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico and is expected to become the largest edition of the tournament in football history.

The competition will bring together national teams and supporters from around the world across multiple North American host cities.

Qatar Airways said the special livery aircraft symbolises the airline’s ongoing commitment to connecting fans, teams and destinations through its international route network.
