The property marks the brand’s first step into the Caribbean and follows recent news of another planned resort in Saudi Arabia, underscoring an accelerated global expansion strategy.
Set on privately owned land at the southwest end of Anguilla, the resort will occupy a coveted stretch of space between Cap Juluca and the Altamer estates. The location offers direct access to one of the island’s pristine beaches and a 118-berth marina designed to accommodate vessels more than 240 feet in length. For travelers who value privacy, exclusivity, and seamless arrival by sea, the setting gives the new resort an immediate advantage.
The property will feature 62 rooms in total, including 18 oceanfront villas, 18 upland villas, and 35 Equinox residences aimed at long-stay guests and owners. Visitors will have access to an Equinox fitness club, a health-driven dining concept, The Spa by Equinox Hotels, and luxury retail outlets.
