Hilton has officially unveiled Conrad Hamburg, the brand’s first Conrad property in Germany. Located in the heart of Hamburg’s Kunstmeile (Art Mile), the new luxury hotel occupies the iconic Levantehaus, an Art Nouveau landmark dating back to 1912, blending cultural heritage with modern design.

The property features 283 guest rooms and suites, many with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Hamburg’s cityscape. Interiors reflect the city’s maritime and industrial past, with deep blues, greys, and copper tones. Among the highlights is the 232-square-metre Presidential Suite, complete with a private balcony, fireplace, and expansive living areas.

Art and architecture play a central role in the Conrad Hamburg experience. The hotel showcases curated works from German contemporary artists and a striking coloured glass ceiling installation by Ada Isensee that spans multiple floors.

Guests will also find a 1,000-square-metre spa and fitness area, featuring Hamburg’s longest indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, and wellness treatments. Nine meeting and event venues with natural light, including a 228-square-metre ballroom, cater to business travellers and private gatherings alike.

Dining at Conrad Hamburg is headlined by GRETA OTO, a 110-seat restaurant with an additional terrace serving Latin American-inspired cuisine. Signature dishes include Peruvian ceviche, Brazilian beef tenderloin, and grilled octopus. For more intimate occasions, La Mesa offers private dining for up to 12 guests, while the GRETA OTO Bar and adjoining cigar lounge provide a refined setting for cocktails and late-night relaxation.
