LaplandUK Tickets Go on Sale with Major New Changes for 2026 Season

The countdown to Christmas begins early this year as LaplandUK prepares to release tickets for its hugely popular festive experience in both Ascot and Manchester.

Tickets will drop on March 27 at 10am, and demand is expected to surge once again for what has become one of the UK’s most sought-after family Christmas events.

Bigger, longer, more immersive experience

For 2026, LaplandUK is introducing several upgrades designed to deepen the immersive experience – starting with more time inside the Elven Village, the heart of the attraction.

Previously, visitors had around 90 minutes to explore the Elven World. This year, guests will be given extended access, allowing more time for activities such as ice skating, letter writing and simply soaking in the festive atmosphere.

While exact timings have not yet been confirmed, the move signals a clear shift toward a more relaxed, less rushed experience for families.

New hands-on magic for children

A major addition for 2026 is a new interactive activity where every child will create their own reindeer food alongside the Elves. The experience is included in the ticket price and is designed to be taken home and used on Christmas Eve for Santa Claus’ reindeer.

Another update comes in the form of a redesigned invitation box. Families booking for 2026 will receive their invitations by the end of summer, adding an earlier sense of anticipation and storytelling before the visit even begins.

Festive favourites return

Popular elements from previous years will also return, including Mother Christmas’s Kitchen, where children can spend more time decorating gingerbread before joining story time sessions with Mother Christmas and the Elves.

The much-loved portal – the theatrical gateway that transports visitors “back to the UK” at the end of the experience – is also being upgraded, with a larger and more visually impressive design promised for this season.

Dates and ticket prices

LaplandUK will run from November 7 through to December 24, covering the full festive build-up to Christmas.

Ticket prices will range between £60 and £195, depending on the date and package selected.

With limited availability and consistently high demand, the March 27 release is expected to sell out quickly – especially following the announcement of longer experiences and new activities aimed at making the event even more magical for families.
