Kerzner International, the company behind Atlantis and One&Only, has announced SIRO Brickell, Miami, the first U.S. destination for its wellness-driven lifestyle brand SIRO. Scheduled to open in 2030, the project marks a major step in the company’s strategy to redefine how luxury hospitality integrates fitness, mindfulness, and wellbeing.

Set in Miami’s Brickell district – one of the city’s most dynamic neighborhoods known for its mix of business, culture, and nightlife – SIRO Brickell will feature 180 rooms and suites, along with 350 SIRO-branded residences. Each space will be designed to enhance rest and recovery, reflecting the brand’s philosophy of performance-led living.

At the heart of the property will be the SIRO Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab, two state-of-the-art facilities offering advanced training, guided wellness programs, and restorative therapies designed by in-house experts. The holistic approach will include attention to nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and movement, aligning with the brand’s guiding principle to help guests “live better.”

The upcoming SIRO Brickell follows SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai and SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, continuing Kerzner’s global rollout of its new wellness-focused hospitality brand.
