SFF 2024 Unveils First Two Signature Events
The first two Signature Events of SFF 2024 have been announced, promising to be the highlights of this year’s festival. These large-scale, theatrical events will be held at some of Singapore’s most iconic venues, featuring renowned guest chefs and offering grand culinary experiences.
Future Food – 10 October 2024, Marquee
Prepare to be transported to a world of endless possibilities at Future Food, where culinary mastery meets world-class entertainment. This immersive theatrical experience will engage all the senses with a fusion of vibrant colors, pulsating soundscapes, and dazzling light displays. Attendees can expect a whirlwind of flavors, mixology, and gastronomy as they explore the future of food in this unforgettable event.
The Long Table – 17-18 October 2024, CHIJMES Hall
Set within the historic chapel hall of CHIJMES, The Long Table offers a dreamy celebration of enchantment and elegance. Guests will dine at a beautifully adorned long table, surrounded by whimsical décor and graceful ballerinas. This four-course culinary journey, prepared by some of Singapore’s top heritage and contemporary chefs, will be complemented by live singers, projections, and life-sized props, creating a magical experience that delights all the senses.
A Celebration of Old and New
This year’s festival theme, “A Celebration of Old and New,” highlights three core pillars — Heritage, Contemporary, and Innovation — showcasing the full spectrum of Singapore’s culinary history. From time-honored traditions to the latest food trends, SFF 2024 will offer a culinary journey that spans generations.
