Alain Ducasse Opens New Restaurant in Italy

Renowned chef Alain Ducasse has launched his latest restaurant in Italy, offering an exceptional dining experience with five-course and six-course “experience” menus priced at $184 and $205, respectively. The menus feature exquisite dishes such as Mediterranean blue crab with Controne white beans from Campania, regional John Dory with a rockfish reduction and agretti, pigeon with cherries, and wild strawberries with mascarpone ice cream.

Ducasse’s expansion plans include two additional restaurants in collaboration with the Romeo Collection: Romeo Roma, set to open in September 2024, and Romeo Massa Lubresne, scheduled to debut on the Amalfi Coast in 2025. “The collaboration that began in Naples is very promising,” said the restaurant’s representative. “We will approach the other projects with the same confidence and enthusiasm.”
