Tauck is set to enhance its river cruise program with the introduction of new itineraries in 2025, including a special sailing offering educational and training opportunities for advisors specializing in river cruising.
New 14-Day Romantic Capitals Itinerary
One of the highlights of Tauck’s expanded offerings is the launch of a 14-day “Romantic Capitals: Paris to Prague” itinerary, commencing on April 25, 2025. This journey begins with a two-night stay in Prague at the Fairmont Golden Prague Hotel. Guests will then embark on a nine-day river cruise from Regensburg to Trier, traversing the Upper Danube, Main-Danube Canal, Rhine, and Moselle rivers.
After the river cruise, travelers will continue by land to Luxembourg for a walking tour of its capital city. The journey concludes with a train ride to Paris, where guests will enjoy a two-night stay at L’Hotel du Collectionneur.
This itinerary will have ten departures available between April and October 2025 aboard the Savor and Joy ships, with fares starting at $9,790 per person.
On-River Training Academy for Advisors
In addition to the new itinerary, Tauck is also launching a river cruise academy in October 2025 aboard the Joy. The Tauck River Academy will take place during a 10-day “Three Rivers: Danube, Main & Rhine” itinerary. This academy marks Tauck’s first event dedicated exclusively to their river cruise offerings.
The academy will feature a range of educational and training activities designed for advisors, coupled with immersive excursion experiences throughout the trip. This initiative aims to equip advisors with comprehensive knowledge and skills related to Tauck’s river cruise products, enhancing their ability to provide exceptional service to clients.
