The supervisory board of Polish Airports (Polskie Porty Lotnicze) dismissed Stanisław Wojtera from the position of president, the company announced in a statement on Thursday. At the same time, the supervisory board delegated its chairman, Łukasz Chaberski, to temporarily act as president – it was added.
“On February 29, 2024, the Supervisory Board of Polskie Porty Lotnicze SA adopted resolutions to dismiss Mr. Stanisław Wojtera, President of the Management Board of the Company and Mr. Witold Janiszewski, Member of the Management Board for Corporate Affairs,” Polskie Porty Lotnicze announced in a press release.
At the same time, the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on initiating qualification proceedings for the positions of: President of the Management Board and Member of the Management Board of PPL SA.
