Colorful birds in Costa Rica, Bangkok’s monks or Namibian elephants: On the AIDA voyages in winter 2023/2024, guests will discover the world in all its colors and always with the ocean in view: on May 12, 2022, bookings start for cruises with the AIDA ships from October 2023 to April 2024.
The Arabian Gulf will be visited on two different itineraries by the newest ship in the AIDA fleet, AIDAcosma. The 7-day voyages will take passengers from Dubai or Abu Dhabi to Muscat in Oman or to Sir Bani Yas. This wonderful beach destination offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation after visiting the mega-cities: snorkeling, kayaking, horseback riding or observing the wildlife in the Nature Reserve. Doha (Qatar) is included on both itineraries. For even more flexibility in vacation planning, there are three possible embarkation days: on Friday and Saturday in Dubai and on Sunday in Abu Dhabi.
AIDAbella and AIDAblu are sailing on exotic Asian routes. AIDAblu offers voyages in the Indian Ocean with stops in Mauritius, Seychelles, La Reunión and Madagascar. AIDAbella sets course for destinations in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore. In addition, three new 21-day Selection voyages from Bangkok/ Laem Chabang are available: the Christmas and New Year’s Eve voyage takes passengers to the most beautiful places in Vietnam: the imperial city of Hue, the breathtaking Halong Bay or the Mekong Delta can be visited as part of an excursion. Besides Taiwan and the Philippines, guests will experience the turn of the year in Hong Kong. In January 2024, AIDAbella will be sailing through Indonesia’s island world with Surabaya, Lombok, Bali and Java, as well as Vietnam and Cambodia. In March 2024, the ship will sail from Shanghai to Singapore over Easter in 21 days. In addition to Taiwan, Hong Kong and Vietnam, this voyage will call at five ports in Japan for the first time, including three new AIDA ports: Tokyo, Nagasaki and Kochi.
The Caribbean will see three AIDA ships – AIDAdiva, AIDAluna and AIDAperla – on a sunny course. In addition to the A-B-C islands, Costa Rica, Panama, and Mexico are some of the highlight destinations. AIDAdiva is alternating on a route to Mexico and Belize as well as the Small Antilles. For the first time, boarding is possible in three ports – La Romana, Montego Bay, and Fort-de-France on Martinique. Guests who want to avoid long flights will appreciate the “Great Winter Break Caribbean” itinerary with AIDAmar. The voyage takes 43 days from Hamburg to the Caribbean and back. New year’ s Eve will be spent on Bermuda.
The long-haul winter program is rounded off with voyages to the south of Africa – for the first time with two ships. AIDAaura and AIDAvita go on 14-day Selection voyages to South Africa & Namibia. With AIDAvita, a 12-day Africa cruise with the highlight destination Mozambique is also offered.
On the medium-haul route, AIDA Cruises offers sun-seekers a wide variety of cruises around the Canaries and to Madeira as well as the Azores in winter 2023/2024.
The cultural treasures in Rome, Florence or Barcelona can be experienced in the winter months without the hustle and bustle of the high season. AIDAprima will sail to the pearls of the Mediterranean from November 2023 to February 2024.
AIDAsol will set off on its second world cruise in October 2023. Guests can look forward to extraordinary places, unforgettable moments, and great emotions. From February 2024, three voyages “Winter in the far north” are in store. From Hamburg, it is off to the land of the polar lights and a unique winter wonderland.

The contingent is limited and applies to the 1st and 2nd person in the cabin. The cruise ship AIDAaura will be the 12th ship in the AIDA fleet to depart from Hamburg on a 14-day cruise to Great Britain (Scotland and Ireland).
