Castlebridge Hospitality Launch Their First Hotel & Restaurant Loyalty App

Castlebridge Hospitality has launched its first Loyalty App called ‘Lifestyle Concierge’ aimed at rewarding its customers with specific events, offers and experiences. Castlebridge Hospitality is a privately owned Hotel Management Company that manages Hotel Indigo Coventry, Hotel Indigo Bath, Hotel Indigo Chester, Hotel Indigo Stratford upon Avon, Holiday Inn Winchester, and Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport.

Over the next few weeks, the app will feature offers from the six hotels, their restaurants, Coffee Lounges and Spas. These include Cogs at Hotel Indigo Coventry, The Forge at Hotel Indigo Chester, Brasserie Beau and The Elder at Hotel Indigo Bath, The Woodsman and The Falcon Coffee Lounge at Hotel Indigo Stratford-upon-Avon and Ana Spa and Odyssey Restaurant at Holiday Inn Winchester. Customers can collect stamps each time they visit and earn incredible rewards.

Offers will change monthly and will include hotel discounts, free private room hire, arrival drink of choice on a customer’s birthday, 15% off Monday – Thursdays, Members only events/experience new menu tasting, 10% discount of presale of events, exclusive partner offers, a free bottle of wine with dinner and a complimentary coffee.

The scheme is available to anyone aged over 18 years of age.
