Honorary first place in the nomination “Best Crisis Manager” according to the rating of the magazine “TOP-100. Ratings of the largest”. The CEO of Ukraine International Airlines – Yevhen Dykhne, took this rating.
In particular, the leadership was achieved through decisive and effective measures that allowed restoring the airline’s main flight network and making it profitable despite the collapse created by the global pandemic COVID-19. The UIA leader managed to achieve a proactive result by optimizing costs, increasing the level of digitalization and properly assessing the work of all areas of the company.
These factors were highly praised by members of the jury, which included recruitment specialists, top managers, experts with experience in staff training, market analysts and members of the editorial board of the “TOP-100. Ratings of the largest.”
It is important to note that the UIA CEO received this nomination last year as well. “My strength is my team. All members of my team at UIA have long been crisis managers. This is our permanent state, ” commented Yevhen Dykhne on his next victory.
Almost 200 candidates from the largest companies of Ukraine took part in the competition. The ranking of the best managers includes CEOs of such companies as “Kyivstar”, “Nova Poshta”, “Kernel”, “Alfa-Bank”, “DTEK”, “Epicenter” and many others. Each participant was evaluated on many criteria, including: emotional intelligence, crisis management, use of innovation, leadership potential and change management. According to the results of the expert jury voting, the list of the best included only those participants who received the most votes.
