According to the decision of the authorities of the Republic of Turkey, all passengers 6 years and older starting from December 28, by air from abroad; and as of December 30, arriving by air, land and sea, are required to submit a negative PCR test done 72 hours before entering Turkey. Passengers who fail to present a negative PCR test certificate will not be allowed to take off. This requirement also applies to transit and transfer passengers.
Those who do not submit their test at the border gate upon entering Turkey will be quarantined at the addresses where they will reside. On the 7th day of the quarantine passengers will be tested. quarantine will be lifted for those having negative test result. passengers with positive test result will be treated in accordance with the Covid-19 guidelines of the ministry of health.
These measures will be in force until 01 March 2021.
