Aeroflot Upgrades Passenger Service

Aeroflot has upgraded its in-flight service with an increased range of options offered to passengers in Economy and Business Class.

From 1 February the airline offers beer in economy class on flights of more than six hours, and a selection of wines on flights of three hours or longer on a number of routes. The airline is also upgrading its Business Class champagne offer with Bollinger now served on international flights and Drapper on domestic flights.

Aeroflot has also increased portion sizes on short-haul flights in Economy class. Economy Class passengers will soon get an improved amenity kit on flights of more than six hours.

Aeroflot is always listening to customers, and a common theme in the feedback has been that passengers want to have the choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks in economy class. This is just one of a range of improvements that Aeroflot has made across its service classes. The airline prides itself on being the best in the business, and will continue to make enhancements to give passengers what they want.
