February 2020 will mark the entry of another Leonardo Hotel in Zurich – with a prime location directly at the airport. Thus, the future hotel will be a wonderful addition to the existing Swiss portfolio: Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss and the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rigihof Zurich.
The Leonardo Hotel at Zurich Airport will be built in accordance with the latest ecological standards and will offer 116 Rooms which include four rooms with Longstay amenities. The well-appointed rooms will be modern, pleasant with plenty of natural light and equipped with all comforts & amenities. The lobby, restaurant and bar will be located on the ground floor. Meeting rooms, fitness area, outdoor terrace and parking areas are also planned. The construction of the hotel project is being implemented with Burgring AG Immobilien.
Burgring AG is a real estate company that has been operating for over 30 years in Glattbrugg. The hotel project was initialized a few years ago by the real estate investor and owner of Burgring AG and implemented accordingly. Furthermore, in the development area of West Gate, right next to the hotel, a larger office complex is being planned, which also belongs to the project portfolio of Burgring AG.
