Four Seasons Resort Hualalai announces four dates for its popular and renowned Triathlon Training Experience created exclusively for the Resort by six-time IRONMAN World Champion and Triathlon Hall of Fame inductee Dave Scott.
The Dave Scott Triathlon Training Experience is a series of in-depth, hands-on training clinics created by Scott and led by him and his team of triathlon experts. Taking place January 21–25, May 6–10, June 17–21, and July 29 – August 2, 2019, each experience features five days of coaching focused on all disciplines of triathlon – swim, bike, run, nutrition and strength and flexibility. The highly-personalised training includes video analysis; pre-camp phone consultation and customised post-camp training prescription; intimate group meals, and a welcome gift of triathlon apparel, shoes, and gear selected by Scott.
“I am thrilled to bring this triathlon training experience back to Hualalai for the 4th year,” says Dave Scott. “Every attendee will learn my methods for training more deliberately and more efficiently, and will leave with the confidence of knowing how to train fewer hours to become better and faster triathletes.”
The island of Hawaii, and Kona specifically, has been home to the IRONMAN World Championships since 1978 and provides an idyllic backdrop for the training experiences at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Scott has indelible memories from all six of his World Championships in Kona, and finds joy in training triathletes in the exact locations where the iconic race takes place.
“This one-of a kind programming, part of our ‘Only at Hualalai’ experiences, is another example of the kind of unique and extraordinary experiences we’re able to offer our guests,” says Colin Clark, General Manager at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai.
The 2019 Dave Scott Experience is priced at USD 2,000 per guest, in addition to the room rate.
