The Chablis wines from Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard are served on First and Business Class on the best airline companies (Air France, British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways,…) and are really successful with international travellers. Always particularly attentive to customer expectations, the wine estate has decided to select two Chablis cuvées that will be exclusively available in travel-retail. These two wines will be previewed at the TFWA Show (from September 30 to October 4 in Cannes, France).
CHABLIS VV46: The Organic Wine from Parcel Selection
Suggested Retail Price: € 17 – 22
Delicious and delicate, the Chablis VV46 is the result of thorough research by Julien Brocard into creating wines that can remain as true to their natural ecosystem as possible.
Made from selected parcels of old vines (Vieilles Vignes) planted in 1946 and produced in limited quantities, this 100% Chardonnay wine is organically produced. It is aged for 14 months in a ‘cocotte’ (a small oval tank) to bring out all the authenticity of its origins.
This pure and dainty Chablis is the perfect wine for any occasion.
CHABLIS GRAND CRU GRENOUILLES: The very elegant Grand Cru
Suggested Retail Price: €85 – 95
The Grand Cru Grenouilles is an exceptional wine made from the smallest parcel of the Grands Crus – just 23.67 acres in all. This highly complex terroir produces voluptuous, tender and delicate wines. 100% Chardonnay, this wine is aged in old oak barrels for 14 months.
This well-balanced and harmonious Grand Cru wine is remarkable for its pure elegance and finesse with an unbelievably long mineral finish.
A real gem from Chablis.
