Nordica Launches Flights between Tallinn and Copenhagen

Nordica started operating flights to Copenhagen. Kastrup Airport, the biggest hub in Scandinavia, is well-located for connections for both transit passengers and those enjoying city breaks alike. Nordica aims to offer its clients suitable flight times on the principle that they depart from Tallinn and arrive at their destination early in the morning and return home the same evening.

Toomas Uibo, Nordica’s Director of Marketing and Communication, says that good links with the Danish capital are of great importance to Estonia. “Our job as an airline is to create quick, convenient, direct connections for Estonian travellers to key destinations,” he explained. “Adding the Copenhagen route gives passengers the chance to choose the best flight times for them and provides greater competition, which will bring down ticket prices.”

Nordica is flying to the Danish capital up to 11 times a week. Its morning flights are departing from Tallinn at 7:00 on weekdays and its evening flights at 18:30 from Tuesday to Friday. On Sunday evenings its flight departs for Copenhagen at 17:30. Return flights to Tallinn depart at 8:10 from Monday to Friday and at 19:40 from Tuesday to Friday, with the Sunday evening flight departing Copenhagen at 18:40.

Travellers will be able to fly to 41 destinations from Tallinn during the summer season. Nordica is servicing 21 of those routes, making it far and away the biggest airline operating at Tallinn Airport. Flights to the Macedonian resort of Ohrid will commence on 1 June, followed a couple of weeks later by flights to the Black Sea resort of Constanta in Romania.
